1. Introduction

Welcome to uyywin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the uyywin website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). uyywin is operated in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations as overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing or using the uyywin Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the uyywin Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted and legal.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are registering under your own legal name and providing truthful, accurate, and current personal information.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of uyywin or any affiliated company.
• You are not self-excluded or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily restricted from gambling platforms.

uyywin reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the uyywin Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, circumventing restrictions, or for any other reason — is a direct violation of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login details strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify uyywin support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that your registered personal details (name, address, contact number, and payment method information) remain accurate and up to date at all times.

uyywin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. Any activity performed through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until such time as uyywin has been properly notified of a suspected security breach and has taken action to restrict access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

uyywin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: Funds are credited to your uyywin account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the chosen payment method. Minimum deposit is ₱100. uyywin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID).

Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. uyywin reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

uyywin is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, e-wallet providers, or third-party payment processors outside our direct control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

uyywin offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified on the relevant promotion page:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• Each eligible player may claim a specific promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts, fraudulent registrations, or through the exploitation of system errors will be voided immediately.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on uyywin — including slot games, live dealer games (such as Ezugi Live), Mahjong Ways, Bingo, and sports betting markets — are subject to their respective game rules as provided by the game provider and displayed within the game interface.

By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept the rules of that game and the associated return-to-player (RTP) rates. uyywin games are powered by certified and audited random number generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or network disruption during a game round, uyywin will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately before the error occurred. Where this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake refunded. uyywin's decision on such matters is final.

uyywin does not accept responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's own hardware or internet connectivity issues.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uyywin Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, coordinating bets, or otherwise attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or participation in any scheme to improperly influence the result of a sporting event covered by our sportsbook.
• Using the Platform to launder money or otherwise engage in financial activity connected to illegal conduct.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or reversals on deposits made to the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed exploit will be voided.
• Registering using false or another person's identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uyywin support staff or other players via chat or any other communication channel.

8. Privacy & Data

uyywin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the uyywin Platform. Your financial data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

uyywin may share your data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, as required by law. We will not sell your personal data to third-party marketing entities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uyywin and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

uyywin's total cumulative liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude uyywin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Termination

You may close your uyywin account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after the deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method.

uyywin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You provide false registration information or fail to complete identity verification when required.
• Continued operation of your account would expose uyywin to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You request voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program.

In the event of termination due to a violation of these Terms, uyywin reserves the right to void any remaining balances and retain funds where required by law or as compensation for demonstrated losses caused by the violation.

11. Amendments to These Terms

uyywin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or via a notice posted prominently on the Platform.
